Product Descriptions:

PE WAX PEW3306 is a polyethylene wax, having unique combination of high melting point, hardness and low melt viscosity. These characteristics enable modification of viscosity and softening point, reduces glass beads settling & provides resistance to abrasion. Thus PE wax PEW3306 proves to be a perfect high performance additive for Hot Melt Road Marking paints.

Product Features:

• High softening point, can improve the heat resistance of the coating; low viscosity, can improve the leveling property.
• Abrasion resistant, scratch and bruise resistant: The wax is distributed in the coating to protect it and prevent scratches, abrasions and provides abrasion resistance.
• Controlling the coefficient of friction: generally using its low friction coefficient, to provide excellent smoothness for the coating film, in the mean while, it has a special soft touch of silk due to the different types of wax.
• Chemical resistance: due to stability of wax, it can provide the coating film better water and salt spray resistance performance, etc.
